AzPMA is a national association (representative) of International Project Management Association (IPMA) and has been dealing with development, implementing and realizing of different projects in Azerbaijan since 1999 having great experience in preparing specialists for development of sall-scale and medium business, conducting training sessions, workshops and conferences. In this direction we are collaborating with international organizations. As for experience in this area, the program offered, we can mention the project on implementing of quality assurance system in Azerbaijan, which, according to the international experts’ opinion, has very positive result and significantly influences to the development of entrepreneurship. The perspective plans of the organization include creation of area centers for development of entrepreneurship of firms and private companies’ leaders in the regions to help them develop small-scale and medium business. Nowadays based on programs and projects as well as our direct participation in some regions have meetings with entrepreneurs been conducted and they were acquainted with new technologies. We have planned distribution of this international experience in all regions of Azerbaijan. We also work on development of small-scale and medium business on the Public level, i.e. with Public structure and particularly with the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan. It will promote the development of business according to the modern requirements and economics of the country in a whole.
