Company ULTEL within the limits of the first stage of project CDMA2000 1X, beginning from 01.09.2006 of year has commissioned the wireless network (ATS-489) covering all territory of city Baku and peninsula Absheron.ÑDMA - the system of multiply access with code division - became, probably, most promising system which has appeared in the world market. Decades ago this technology was used in military connection ( USA ), and today is known for all as the global digital standard for commercial systems of communications. According to official Internet-site of the author of standard CDMA, company Qualcomm from August, 28th, 2006, 224 operators of CDMA networks in 95 countries of the world provide services of communication to 324 million to subscribers.Owing to the opportunities standard CDMA has officially been recognized by world telecommunication community the standard of 3-rd generation of wireless communication.
